At Kinza Atelier, each gown is handcrafted with precision, care, and made-to-order specifically for you. As such, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any bridal gowns, veils, accessories, or custom items.

Once an order is confirmed and production begins, all sales are final.

We encourage all brides to review their measurements, custom requests, and order details thoroughly before confirming. If an item arrives with a defect or damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assess the situation with care and urgency.
