Welcome to Kinza Atelier. By accessing or purchasing from our website, booking an appointment, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Made-to-Order Policy
All gowns and accessories are made-to-order and custom-crafted for each client. As such, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective (see Return Policy).
2. Measurements & Fittings
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements. Kinza Atelier is not liable for any issues caused by incorrect sizing information. Final fittings and alterations may be required and are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
3. Payments
Full or partial payments may be required at the time of order. Deposits are non-refundable. Production will not begin until payment terms are fulfilled. Late payments may delay your order.
4. Intellectual Property
All images, gown designs, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of Kinza Atelier and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written consent.
5. Appointments
Consultations are by appointment only. Late arrivals or no-shows may result in cancellation or rescheduling at our discretion. Fees for custom consultations or design sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected and used.
7. Right to Refuse Service
Kinza Atelier reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion if behavior is deemed inappropriate, abusive, or if our terms are violated.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the site.
